Observation on nursing effect of acupoint sticking combined with meridian massage for patients withcalcaneal fracture after operation
穴位贴敷联合循经按摩对跟骨骨折术后患者护理效果观察

摘要

目的 研究将穴位贴敷联合循经按摩应用在跟骨骨折术后患者护理中起到的临床效果。方法 随机选取本院2021年3月至2022年6月收治的实施跟骨骨折手术患者90例，按照护理模式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，对照组的患者实施常规护理工作，观察组患者实施穴位贴敷联合循经按摩工作，通过分析两组患者基本资料对护理后的效果进行评价。结果 实施穴位贴敷联合循经按摩的观察组患者术后并发症出现率为6.66%，低于同期对照组17.77%，且患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将穴位贴敷联合循经按摩护理应用在跟骨骨折术后患者护理中能够减小多种并发症的出现，也能从细致护理服务实施中提升患者的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoint sticking combined with meridian massage in nursing of patients after calcaneal fracture.
Methods A total of 90 patients with calcaneal fractures who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing modes. The patients in the control group received routine nursing work. The patients in the observation group were given acupoint sticking combined with meridian massage, and the nursing effect was evaluated by analyzing the basic data of the two groups of patients.
Results The postoperative complication rate of patients in the observation group who performed acupoint sticking combined with meridian massage was 6.66%, which was 17.77% lower than that in the control group at the same period, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of acupoint sticking combined with meridian massage nursing in the nursing of patients after calcaneal fracture can reduce the occurrence of various complications, and can also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients from the implementation of meticulous nursing services.
