一对一责任制助产护理对初产妇分娩的效果

摘要

目的 探究一对一责任制助产护理对初产妇分娩的效果。方法 对2021年1月-12月在我院分娩的100例初产妇作为研究对象，按照护理方法将其等分为对照组、观察组，各50例；对照组实施常规护理；观察组实施一对一责任制助产护理。对两组初产妇分娩效果进行对比；结果 观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程和总产程时间均低于对照组患者，两组数据对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者自然分娩率高于对照组，剖宫产率低于对照组，两组数据对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组母婴胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血、宫颈裂伤的发生率均低于对照组，数据对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）；结论 对初产妇实施一对一责任制助产护理，有助于缩短初产妇产程，提升自然分娩率，降低母婴不良分娩结局发生率，具备推广应用的价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of one-to-one responsibility midwifery nursing on the delivery of primipara.
Methods: 100 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were equally divided into the control group and the observation group according to the nursing method, with 50 cases in each group; the control group received routine nursing; the observation group received One-to-one responsibility midwifery care. The delivery effects of primiparas between the two groups were compared;
Results: The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the third stage of labor and the total labor stage time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the data comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). The incidence of cervical laceration was lower than that of the control group, and the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05);
Conclusion  : Implementing one-to-one responsibility midwifery care for primiparas can help shorten the labor process and improve natural delivery for primiparas It can reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and child birth outcomes, and has the value of popularization and application.
