Influence of clinical nursing path on postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with uterine fibroids
临床护理路径对子宫肌瘤患者术后康复效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨临床护理路径对子宫肌瘤患者术后康复效果的影响。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2021年1月收治的子宫肌瘤患者300例，随机分为两组。对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组进行临床护理路径。结果观察组患者生活质量平均得分明显高于对照组生活质量平均分，差距明显具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。对照组患者护理后VAS、SAS、SDS、JOA评分均明显高于观察组患者，差异均有统计意义（p＜0.05）。结论 对子宫肌瘤患者术后康复实施临床护理路径的效果显著,优于传统护理方法，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of clinical nursing path on postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with uterine fibroids.
Methods: A total of 300 patients with uterine fibroids who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given routine care, and the patients in the observation group were given the clinical nursing path.
Results: The average score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). After nursing, the VAS, SAS, SDS, and JOA scores of the patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion  : The clinical nursing pathway for postoperative rehabilitation of patients with uterine fibroids has a significant effect, which is superior to traditional nursing methods and is worthy of promotion.
