健康教育对冠心病心衰患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨健康教育对冠心病心衰患者的生活质量的影响。方法 选择2020年6月—2021年6月一年内在我院接受治疗的冠心病心衰患者80例，将其按照随机分组方法分为对照组（n=40，给予对照组患者常规护理干预）和实验组（n=40，给予实验组患者健康教育），收集两组患者护理前后的临床信息并加以分析，对比实验组和对照组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分以及生活质量评分。结果 两组在实施护理前的SAS评分、SDS评分以及生活质量评分接近（P＞0.05）；在经过护理后两组患者心理状态和生活质量均有一定好转，实验组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组，实验组生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对冠心病心衰患者实施健康教育能够显著提升患者，缓解患者负面情绪，帮助患者建立良好的心理状态，进而提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of health education on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.
Methods: A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who received treatment in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=40, who were given routine nursing interventions for the control group) ) and the experimental group (n=40, patients in the experimental group were given health education), the clinical information of the two groups of patients before and after nursing was collected and analyzed, and the SAS, SDS, and quality of life scores of the experimental group and the control group were compared.
Results: The SAS score, SDS score and quality of life score of the two groups before nursing were similar (P>0.05); after nursing, the psychological state and quality of life of the two groups improved to a certain extent. The scores were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of health education for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can significantly improve the patients, relieve their negative emotions, help patients establish a good psychological state, and then improve their quality of life.
