Study on the effect of humanistic care in intensive care unit
人文关怀在重症监护室护理中的效果研究

摘要

目的 观察分析人文关怀在重症监护室护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年2月-2020年2月在我院行重症手术治疗的病人96例作为研究目标，按入院时间分为常规组和研究组，各48例。常规组采用重症监护室常规护理干预，研究组在常规护理基础上联合人文关怀，对比两组病人护理满意度。结果 在重症监护室，在常规护理基础上联合人文关怀干预护理满意度明显高于单纯使用常规护理，存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:对于重症监护室病人，在常规护理中联合人文关怀，可较好的减轻病人焦虑等负情绪，提高睡眠质量，进而提高护理满意度，值得临床推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of humanistic care in intensive care unit nursing.
Methods: A total of 96 patients who underwent critical surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research target. According to the admission time, they were divided into conventional group and study group, with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the routine group received routine nursing intervention in intensive care unit, while the patients in the study group received routine nursing combined with humanistic care. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups was compared.
Results: In intensive care unit, the nursing satisfaction of combined humanistic care intervention on the basis of routine nursing was significantly higher than that of routine nursing alone, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : For patients in intensive care unit, combined with humanistic care in routine nursing can better reduce patients' anxiety and other negative emotions, improve sleep quality, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
