Effect of incentive nursing model on patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery
激励式护理模式对甲状腺癌手术患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨激励式护理模式对甲状腺癌手术患者的影响。方法 将我院2021年3月-2022年1月80例甲状腺癌手术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施激励式护理模式。比较两组护理前后焦虑汉密尔顿量表评分和抑郁汉密尔顿量表评分、护理满意度、住院时间、医疗费用。结果 实验组焦虑汉密尔顿量表评分和抑郁汉密尔顿量表评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间、医疗费用低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 甲状腺癌手术患者实施激励式护理模式效果确切，可减轻患者的不良情绪，并缩短住院时间和减少医疗经济负担，提高患者的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of incentive nursing model on patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery.
Methods: from March 2021 to January 2022, 80 patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group implemented incentive nursing mode. The scores of anxiety Hamilton scale and depression Hamilton scale, nursing satisfaction, hospital stay and medical expenses were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results: the scores of anxiety Hamilton scale and depression Hamilton scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay and medical expenses were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the implementation of incentive nursing model for patients with thyroid cancer surgery has a definite effect, which can reduce the patients' bad mood, shorten the hospital stay, reduce the medical economic burden, and improve the patients' satisfaction.
