Influence of nursing intervention based on ROY adaptation model on self-management and applicationeffect of ENT surgical patients
基于ROY适应模式的护理干预对耳鼻喉科手术治疗患者自我管理及应用效果的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析基于ROY适应模式的护理干预对耳鼻喉科手术治疗患者自我管理及应用效果的影响。方法 选取于2021年1月至2022年1月，到我院接受耳鼻喉科护理的患者共100例，作为本次研究对象，按照电脑盲选的方式，将100例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预；观察组采用ROY适应模式的护理进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的生存质量评分、并发症发生率。结果 经护理干预后，对比分析对照组与观察组的并发症发生率、生存质量评分，观察组明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对耳鼻喉科手术治疗患者采用基于ROY适应模式的护理干预，能有效提升患者生存质量评分，改善其并发症发生率，在临床应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on ROY adaptation model on self-management and application effect of patients undergoing ENT surgery.
Methods A total of 100 patients who received ENT care in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the method of computer blind selection, 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group with the observation group. The control group was intervened by the nursing mode of routine nursing; the observation group was intervened by the nursing of the ROY adaptation mode. The quality of life score and the incidence of complications in the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results After nursing intervention, the incidence of complications and quality of life scores in the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention based on ROY adaptation model for patients undergoing ENT surgery can effectively improve the patient's quality of life score and improve the incidence of complications. It has an excellent effect in clinical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
