脊髓电刺激植入术围手术期护理的对策及应用

摘要

目的 探讨脊髓电刺激植入术围手术期护理的对策及应用效果。方法 选择我院2021年1月-2022年5月70例脊髓电刺激植入术患者，实施围手术期全面护理。分析护理后患者的状况，包括生命体征情况，有无出现并发症等、患者家属对于本次护理的满意度。结果 通过护理，治疗过程均顺利开展，出院时，患者生命体征平稳，所有住院时已经存在的并发症均已得到控制，有2例患者出现新的并发症，其中有1例出现肺部感染， 1例尿路感染，无出现肌肉萎缩和压疮等并发症。70名患者在出院后生命体征平稳，大小便均恢复正常。患者家属对本次护理工作均表示满意。结论 脊髓电刺激植入术患者实施围手术期全面护理效果确切，对患者病情改善有明显的作用，且未引起严重的并发症，患者家属满意度高。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the countermeasures and application effects of perioperative nursing for spinal cord electrical stimulation implantation.
Methods: A total of 70 patients with spinal cord electrical stimulation implantation in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected for comprehensive perioperative care. The patient's condition after nursing was analyzed, including vital signs, the presence or absence of complications, and the satisfaction of the patient's family with the nursing.
Results: Through nursing, the treatment process was carried out smoothly. At the time of discharge, the patient's vital signs were stable, all the existing complications at the time of hospitalization were controlled, and 2 patients developed new complications, including 1 case of lung infection. , 1 case of urinary tract infection, no complications such as muscle atrophy and pressure ulcers. The vital signs of 70 patients were stable after discharge, and the urine and urination all returned to normal. The family members of the patients were satisfied with the nursing work.
Conclusion  : The perioperative comprehensive nursing effect for patients with spinal cord stimulation implantation is definite, and it has a significant effect on the improvement of the patient's condition, and does not cause serious complications, and the patient's family members are highly satisfied.
