综合护理干预用于呼吸内科肺栓塞护理效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨研究综合护理干预在临床的应用价值，并深入分析将此项护理应用于呼吸内科肺栓塞护理中，验证其有效性。方法 收集1855例在2021年1月~2022年7月期间我院收治呼吸内科肺栓塞病例，判定其符合纳入标准后，展开分组研究，组别命名为对照组、观察组。先就诊者纳入对照组，后就诊者纳入观察组，并鉴于研究的准确性、科学性，两组患者病例资料均完整，且无异样。分别实施不同的护理措施后，对两组患者护理效果、并发症发生情况、护理满意度情况进行调查，对各项数据进行分析、比较，并将其予以整合做详细阐述。结果 由研究结果数据方面上可见，观察组在护理效果、并发症发生情况、护理满意度统计中，各项数据指标均远远优于对照组，组间数据达到p小于0.05，存在对比性。结论 将综合护理干预运用在呼吸内科肺栓塞护理中，予以实施科学有效、合理的、优质护理措施，其护理效果显著，可大幅降低并发症的发生，获得患者高度认可与满意，建议推广运用。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of integrated nursing intervention, and to verify the effectiveness of this nursing care in respiratory medicine.
Methods: After collecting 1,855 respiratory pulmonary embolism cases admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 and meeting the inclusion criteria, the group study was named as the control group and the observation group. First patients were included in the control group, and then patients were included in the observation group. Given the accuracy and scientific nature of the study, the case data of patients in both groups were complete and different. After the implementation of different nursing measures, the nursing effect, the occurrence of complications and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were investigated, and the data were analyzed and compared, which were integrated and elaborated in detail. The results: can be seen from the research results and data. In the statistics of nursing effect, occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction, the observation group were far better than those of the control group, and the data between the groups reached p of less than 0.05, which was comparative.
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing intervention is used in pulmonary embolism nursing in respiratory medicine, to implement scientific, effective, reasonable and high-quality nursing measures, nursing effect is significant, can greatly reduce the occurrence of complications, patients are highly recognized and satisfied, it is recommended to promote and application.
