问题导向式教学法与传统教学法相结合在血管外科护理教学中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨问题导向式教学法与传统教学法相结合在血管外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2021.01——2022.01期间于血管外科进行护理学习护生为研究对象,共计100名,依照时间顺序将护理教学阶段分成两部分,即为常规组、实验组。于2021.01——2021.06期间接受传统教学法50名护生纳入常规组,于2021.07——2022.01期间接受传统教学法结合问题导向式教学法50名护生纳入实验组。对比两组护生综合考核成绩、护生对护理教学满意度、教学模式认同率。结果 相较常规组,实验组护生对护理教学满意度、综合考核成绩更高,P<0.05。相较常规组,实验组教学模式认同率更高,P<0.05。结论 在血管外科护理教学中,问题导向式教学法与传统教学法结合教学效果更佳提高护生综合能力,效果理想建议应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of the combination of problem-oriented teaching method and traditional teaching method in vascular surgery nursing teaching.
Methods: a total of 100 nursing students who studied nursing in vascular surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The nursing teaching stage was divided into two parts according to the chronological order, namely the routine group and the experimental group. From January 2021 to June 2021, 50 nursing students who received traditional teaching methods were included in the routine group, and from July 2021 to January 2022, 50 nursing students who received traditional teaching methods combined with problem-oriented teaching methods were included in the experimental group. The comprehensive examination results, nursing students' satisfaction with nursing teaching and the recognition rate of teaching mode were compared between the two groups.
Results: compared with the routine group, the nursing students in the experimental group had higher satisfaction with nursing teaching and comprehensive examination scores (P < 0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the recognition rate of teaching mode in the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : in the nursing teaching of vascular surgery, the combination of problem-oriented teaching method and traditional teaching method has better teaching effect, and the effect is ideal. It is suggested to apply it.
