Effect of continued care on quality of life and satisfaction of patients with psoriasis
延续护理对银屑病患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 探究分析延续护理对银屑病患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取于2020年1月至2022年1月，我院收治的银屑病患者共120例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将120例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用延续性护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的护理满意度；生活质量以及焦虑、抑郁程度。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；生活质量以及焦虑、抑郁程度方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对银屑病患者采用延续性护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量，同时能够显著改善患者的焦虑、抑郁程度，在实际应用中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate and analyze the effects of continued nursing care on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with psoriasis.
Methods: From January 2020 to January 2022, a total of 120 psoriasis patients were treated in our hospital as the object of this study. According to the method of blind selection by computer, 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was intervened using the usual mode of care; The observation group used a continuous care model to intervene. Comparative analysis of nursing satisfaction between the control and observation groups; Quality of life and levels of anxiety and depression.
Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing care; The quality of life and the degree of anxiety and depression were significantly better than those in the control group, of which (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion  : The intervention of continuous nursing mode for patients with psoriasis can effectively improve patients' nursing satisfaction and quality of life, and at the same time significantly improve the degree of anxiety and depression of patients, which has excellent effects in practical application, and is worth further promotion and application.
