精神科护理管理中实施人性化管理理念对护患关系的影响

摘要

目的 探讨精神科护理管理中实施人性化管理理念对护患关系的影响。方法 将我院精神科患者,信封随机法分二组。常规组给予常规护理服务,人性化管理理念组实施人性化管理理念。结果 护理前两组BPRS评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分比较,P>0.05,而护理后人性化管理理念组BPRS评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分显著低于常规组,P<0.05。人性化管理理念组的患者对护患关系满意度比常规组高(P<0.05)。结论 精神科患者实施人性化管理理念效果确切,并有效改善患者症状。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the impact of the implementation of humanized management concepts on the nurse-patient relationship in psychiatric nursing management.
Methods: The psychiatric patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method. The routine group provides routine nursing services, and the humanized management concept group implements the humanized management concept.
Results: Comparison of BPRS scores and social function deficit screening scale scores between the two groups before nursing, P>0.05, while the BPRS scores and social function deficit screening scale scores of the humanized management concept group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the conventional group, P<0.05. Patients in the humanized management concept group were more satisfied with the nurse-patient relationship than the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of humanized management concepts for psychiatric patients has a definite effect and effectively improves the symptoms of patients.
