Effect of telephone follow-up continuous nursing on quality of life of patients undergoing daytime surgery
电话随访延续性护理对日间手术患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究电话随访延续性护理对日间手术患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2020年3年到2020年12月期间在我院收治的日间手术患者100例，据计算机随机抽签平分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=40），对照组接受常规护理，观察组患者接受电话随访延续性护理。对比两组患者3d、7d后的自我护理能力评分及生活质量水平情况。结果 观察组患者在不同时间段的自我护理能力评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；各项生活质量评分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 电话随访延续性护理在日间手术患者治疗后可有效帮助患者进行自我护理，提高生活质量水平，值得临床推崇。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of telephone follow-up continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients undergoing daytime surgery.
Methods: 100 patients with daytime surgery treated in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 40). The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received telephone follow-up continuous nursing. The scores of self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared after 3 and 7 days.
Results: the scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The scores of quality of life in the control group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : telephone follow-up continuous nursing can effectively help patients with self-care and improve their quality of life after treatment of patients undergoing daytime surgery, which is worthy of clinical praise.
