Clinical effect of community nursing intervention on patients with hypertension in community
社区高血压患者实施社区护理干预的临床效果

摘要

目的 观察社区高血压患者实施社区护理干预的临床效果。方法 从2020年2月-2021年2月本社区高血压患者中选取70例参加研究，用随机数字表法分成干预组和对比组，每组35例。对比组接受一般护理，干预组接受社区护理干预，比较两组患者护理前后的血压情况。结果 护理前，干预组和对比组的血压值不具有显著差异性（P＞0.05）；护理后，两组患者的血压均有所下降，其中干预组的收缩压和舒张压低于对比组，具有显著差异性（P＜0.05）；干预组治疗依从性评分均高于对比组，具有显著差异性（P＜0.05）；干预组健康知识知晓度评分均高于对比组，具有显著差异性（P＜0.05）。结论 社区高血压患者实施社区护理干预存在明显的临床效果，可以有效控制血压，防止发生危险。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of community nursing intervention on patients with hypertension in community.
Methods: 70 patients with hypertension in our community from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected to participate in the study. They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing and the intervention group received community nursing intervention. The blood pressure before and after nursing was compared between the two groups.
Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the intervention group and the control group (P > 0.05); After nursing, the blood pressure of the two groups decreased, and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05).The treatment compliance score and health knowledge awareness score in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : community nursing intervention for community patients with hypertension has obvious clinical effect, which can effectively control blood pressure and prevent risk.
