The value of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients
临床护理路径在维持性血液透析患者护理中的价值

摘要

目的 分析维持性血液透析患者中临床护理路径的效果。方法 选取我院近3年（2019年1月-2022年2月）接受维持性血液透析患者125例，回顾临床资料。将实施临床护理路径干预的63例患者作为观察组，将实施常规护理干预的62例患者作为对照组。观察两组干预效果。结果 干预后，观察组、对照组患者SAS、SDS评分及睡眠质量评分较干预前均有明显改善情况，观察组改善程度更显著，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者并发症率明显降低，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过实施临床护理路径对维持性血液透析患者有确切效果，可显著降低患者焦虑、抑郁心理情绪，改善其睡眠质量，同时还能降低相关并发症的发生，临床应用价值高。

Abstract

Objective: to analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
Methods: 125 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital in recent 3 years (January 2019 to February 2022) were selected, and the clinical data were reviewed. 63 patients with clinical nursing pathway intervention were used as the observation group and 62 patients with routine nursing intervention were used as the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were observed (including psychological state score (SAS, SDS), sleep quality score and complication rate before and after intervention).
Results: after the intervention, the SAS, SDS scores and sleep quality scores of patients in the observation group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention. The improvement degree of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group (P < 0.05); The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the implementation of clinical nursing pathway has a definite effect on maintenance hemodialysis patients, which can significantly reduce patients' anxiety and depression, improve their sleep quality, reduce the occurrence of related complications and improve their satisfaction with nursing work. It has high clinical application value.
