Application of narrative nursing intervention in nursing management of emergency department
叙事护理干预在急诊科护理管理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析叙事护理用于急诊护理管理内的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月期间急诊科室内收治的患者选择150例研究，根据护理形式分组，即实验组与对照组，各75例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受叙事护理，对比护理管理效果。结果 实验组在感染控制、质量安全管理、人员配备和布局设施评分均高于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组护理总满意率97.33%，高于对照组的87.67%，P＜0.05。结论 将叙事护理用于急诊科护理管理内，可以提升护理质量，控制满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of narrative nursing in emergency nursing management.
Methods: 150 patients in the study group were divided into two groups according to the treatment form of emergency department from 2021 to 2020, i.e. 150 patients in the study group were treated from 2021 to 2022 months. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received narrative nursing. The effect of nursing management was compared.
Results: the scores of infection control, quality and safety management, staffing and layout of facilities in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 97.33%, which was higher than 87.67% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : using narrative nursing in nursing management of emergency department can improve nursing quality and control satisfaction.
