摘要
目的 分析急诊优质护理用于脑卒中患者护理对预后的影响。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月期间急诊收治的脑卒中患者内选择60例，根据干预形式分组，即实验组与对照组，各30例。对照组实施常规护理，实验组接受优质护理，对比预后。结果 实验组急诊停留时间、住院时间都显著低于对照组研究人员，且对比发现P＜0.05。并且，实验组卒中量表评分下降程度也显著高于对照组研究人员，且P＜0.05。结论 急诊科室内脑卒中患者实施优质护理，可以改善患者的预后效果，缩短停诊以及住院时间。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of emergency high-quality nursing on the prognosis of stroke patients. Methods: from January 2020 to January 2022, 60 stroke patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the experimental group received high-quality nursing, and the prognosis was compared. Results: the emergency stay time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). In addition, the decline of Stroke Scale score in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion : the implementation of high-quality nursing for stroke patients in emergency department can improve the prognosis of patients and shorten the time of stopping diagnosis and hospitalization.
