个性化音乐康复护理在抑郁症患者的价值

摘要

目的 探究个性化音乐康复护理在抑郁症患者护理中的应用价值。方法 择取2020年2月~2021年3月期间在本院接受治疗的92例抑郁症患者作为此次研究的观察对象，根据患者的就诊单号尾数的奇偶数分为参照组（n=46）和观察组（n=46）两个组别。参照组采用常规的护理模式进行护理，观察组则采取个性化音乐康复护理模式对患者实施护理干预。将两组患者实施护理干预前后的社会支持评分、抑郁症评分以及治疗认知能力评分进行组间比较。结果 两组患者实施干预前的社会支持评分以及抑郁症评分差异不大（P>0.05），实施干预后，观察组患者的社会支持评分以及抑郁症评分明显要优于参照组，两组之间的差异为（P<0.05）；两组患者实施干预前的能力评分差异不大（P>0.05），实施干预后，观察组患者的认知能力评分明显要高于参照组，两组之间的差异为（P<0.05）。结论 将个性化音乐康复护理应用在抑郁症患者护理中的效果较佳，能够有效的改善患者的抑郁症程度，提高患者的治疗认知能力，促进提升患者的日常生活质量，具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application value of personalized music rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with depression.
Methods: A total of 92 patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation objects of this study, and divided into the reference group (n= 46) and the observation group (n=46). The reference group was treated with conventional nursing mode, while the observation group was treated with personalized music rehabilitation nursing mode for nursing intervention. The social support score, depression score and treatment cognitive ability score before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results: There was no significant difference in the social support score and depression score between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the social support score and depression score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the reference group. The difference between the two groups was (P<0.05); there was little difference in the ability scores between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the cognitive ability scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the reference group. The difference between them was (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of personalized music rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with depression has a better effect, it can effectively improve the degree of depression, improve the cognitive ability of treatment, and promote the improvement of the quality of daily life of patients value.
