Effect of Tracking Nursing on Psychological State of Patients with Post Hepatitis B Cirrhosis
跟踪护理对乙肝后肝硬化心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 探讨分析跟踪护理对乙肝后肝硬化心理状态的影响。方法 选择我院自2019年9月－2021年6月期间收治的确诊为乙肝后肝硬化的患者120例作为此次研究观察对象。按随机数字法将患者分为两组，对照组与跟踪组，其中跟踪组60例采用跟踪护理对其进行护理干预，对照组60例则采用常规护理进行护理干预。将两组护理后临床效果进行统计分析，并对比两组心理状态及护理满意度。结果 两组经过护理后，临床各项症状均得到不同程度缓解。其中，跟踪组心理状态显著性改善，同比对照组状态较为优异（P＜0.05），且护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对乙肝后肝硬化患者实施跟踪护理的临床护理效果较显著且影响具体，有效促进患者心理状态改善，提升其心理正向发展速度，强化其病症面对心理建设，继而增加依从性，促使患者病症治疗效果，方法安全且有效，值得临床推广运用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the influence of follow-up nursing on psychological state of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B.
Methods: 120 patients with liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B from September 2019 to June 2021 were selected as observation subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the follow-up group, 60 cases in the follow-up group and 60 cases in the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups after nursing were statistically analyzed, and the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results: After the two groups of nursing, the clinical symptoms were alleviated to varying degrees. Among them, the psychological state of the follow-up group improved significantly, compared with the control group (P< 0.05), and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The clinical nursing effect of follow-up nursing for patients with HBV cirrhosis is significant and specific, which can effectively promote the improvement of patients' mental state, promote their positive mental development speed, strengthen their mental construction in the face of diseases, and then increase compliance, thus promoting the therapeutic effect of patients' diseases. The method is safe and effective, and worthy of clinical application.
