循经子午流注皮内针疗法减轻腰椎术后残余疼痛的循证实践

摘要

在腰椎手术患者普发残余疼痛，采用循经子午流注皮内针方法，于申时，循膀胱经取穴（承扶→殷门→委中→承山→跗阳→昆仑→阿是穴），留置皮内针48h~72h，经统计分析，改良后的循经子午流注皮内针疗法效果优于传统疗法，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义，可降低术后残余疼痛，提升康复水平。

Abstract
