The role of holistic nursing in operating room in preventing postoperative infection in elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty
手术室整体护理在预防高龄全髋关节置换术患者术后感染中的作用

摘要

目的 探究分析手术室整体护理在预防高龄全髋关节置换术患者术后感染中的作用。方法 选取于2019年1月至2021年1月到我院接接受全髋关节置换术的患者共100例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将100例患者随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用常规护理进行干预；观察组采用手术室整体护理进行干预，对比分析对照组与观察组的术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率、Harris评分。结果 经护理干预后，对比分析对照组与观察组疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率、Harris评分，观察组明显优于对照组，P＜0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论 经护理护理干预后，采用手术室整体护理能有效提升患者Harris评分，降低患者术后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率。手术室整体护理在预防高龄全髋关节置换术患者术后感染中有着积极的作用，值得应用与推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of holistic nursing in operating room on preventing postoperative infection in elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty.
Methods: A total of 100 patients who received total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the method of computer blind selection, 100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was intervened by routine nursing; the observation group was intervened by the overall nursing in the operating room. Postoperative pain score, postoperative complication rate, Harris score.
Results: After nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction, pain score, postoperative complication rate and Harris score of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed. The observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.
Conclusion  : After nursing intervention, the use of operating room overall nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and Harris score of patients, and reduce postoperative pain score and the incidence of postoperative complications. Overall nursing in operating room plays a positive role in preventing postoperative infection in elderly patients with total hip arthroplasty, which is worthy of application and promotion.
