Case care of a Truso syndrome
一例特鲁索综合症的个案护理

摘要

特鲁索综合征是中副肿瘤综合征，主要表现为恶性肿瘤相关的神经系统病变。在其发病过程中，因凝血于纤维蛋白溶解机制异常而出现的所有临床表现统称为特鲁索综合征。特鲁索综合征常见于：胰腺癌或胃肠道、肾脏、子宫、卵巢等生殖系统部位的肿瘤。在部分癌症患者中，静脉血栓可为其首发症状，同时其临床症状可表现为：皮肤紫癜、脑卒中、血栓性游走性血管炎、慢性DIC伴NBTE和动脉血栓形成[1-2]。其中NBTE可能发生于心脏的任何瓣膜之中。据研究显示：产生粘蛋白的腺瘤更容易引发特鲁索综合征，例如：胃癌、肺癌、胰腺癌等，这些恶性肿瘤患者的血液呈现为高凝状态，是由于患者体内的促凝活性增加、抗凝活性降低所引起[3-4]。据统计特鲁索综合征患者的1年以上生存率仅为12%。在本次研究中，本文将以一例特鲁索综合症的个案护理为研究对象，探究分析对其的护理措施以及效果，详细内容如下文所示。

Abstract

Truso syndrome is a mesopaneoplastic syndrome presenting predominantly with neurological lesions associated with malignancy. During its pathogenesis, all clinical manifestations due to the abnormal blood coagulation mechanism of fibrinolysis are collectively known as Trusso syndrome. Truso syndrome is common in pancreatic cancer or tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, kidney, uterus, ovary and other parts of the reproductive system. In some cancer patients, venous thrombosis can be the first symptom, and its clinical symptoms can be: skin purpura, stroke, thrombotic wandering vasculitis, chronic DIC with NBTE and arterial thrombosis [1-2].Where NBTE may occur in any valve in the heart. According to research, mucin-producing adenoma is more likely to cause Trudeau so syndrome, such as gastric cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, the blood of these malignant tumor patients is hypercoagulant, due to the patient's procoagulant activity, anticoagulant activity caused by [3-4].The statistical survival rate above 1 year for patients with Truso syndrome is only 12%.In this study, this article will take a case of Truso syndrome care as the research object, explore and analyze the nursing measures and effects, the details are shown below.
