不对称双眼皮整形修复术的临床护理分析

摘要

目的 讨论研究在不对称双眼皮整形修复术中开展综合护理模式的价值作用。方法 将2021年7月到2022年7月期间院内的68例接受不对称双眼皮整形修复术患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（采取常规模式开展护理工作）、观察组（采取综合护理模式开展护理工作），观察并比较两组依从性、不良反应发生情况、手术时间、愈合时间，观察并比较两组护理前后心理状态变化情况，观察并比较两组患者对护理工作满意情况。结果 接受护理前两组相关数据信息之间无显著差异（P>0.05），接受护理后观察组整体依从性、不良反应发生情况、手术时间、愈合时间、心理状态、对护理工作满意度等各项数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势，依从性明显提升，不良反应得到控制，手术时间与愈合时间较短，焦虑情绪评分与抑郁情绪评分降低，满意度提升，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在不对称双眼皮整形修复术中开展综合护理模式可提升患者依从性，提升手术效率，对患者心理状态产生积极影响，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss and study the value of comprehensive nursing model in asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery and repair.
Methods: From July 2021 to July 2022, 68 patients with asymmetric double eyelid surgery in the hospital were included in the study, and were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing mode) and observation group (comprehensive nursing mode). The compliance, occurrence of adverse reactions, operation time and healing time of the two groups were observed and compared. The psychological state changes of the two groups before and after nursing were observed and compared. The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing work was observed and compared.
Results: Accept before treatment had no significant difference between two groups of related data information (P > 0.05), after accepting nursing observation group overall compliance, adverse reactions occurred situation, operation time, healing time, psychological state, the satisfaction to nursing service, all the data and information were significantly more advantages than control group, adherence significantly promoted, adverse reaction under control, The operation time and healing time were shorter, the anxiety and depression scores were decreased, and the satisfaction was increased (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The comprehensive nursing model in asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery can improve the compliance of patients, improve the efficiency of surgery, have a positive impact on the psychological state of patients, and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
