Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with continuous blood purification therapy in severe sepsis
全面护理干预在连续血液净化治疗重症脓毒血症患者中的价值

摘要

目的 针对当前全面护理干预用于重症脓毒血症患者的效果开展深入分析。方法 选择我院2017年1月到2021年12月诊断并且治疗护理的重症脓毒血症患者为研究对象，根据入院治疗的时间先后进行编号，随机数字法将50例研究对象分两组。研究组（n=25例）给予全面护理干预；参照组（n=25例）给予常规护理。结果 参照组的生活质量低于研究组（P<0.05）。参照组的护理满意度低于研究组（P<0.05）。参照组的治疗效果低于研究组（P<0.05）。结论 全面护理干预在临床上可以为患者改善生活质量、护理满意度、治疗效果以及不良反应发生率，实现重症脓毒血症患者的护理目标。

Abstract

Objective: To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of current comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with severe sepsis.
Methods: Patients with severe sepsis who were diagnosed and treated and nursed in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were numbered according to the time of admission and treatment, and the 50 subjects were divided into two groups by random number method. The research group (n=25 cases) was given comprehensive nursing intervention; the reference group (n=25 cases) was given routine care.
Results: The quality of life of the reference group was lower than that of the research group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the research group (P<0.05). The treatment effect of the reference group was lower than that of the study group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing intervention can clinically improve the quality of life, nursing satisfaction, treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions for patients, and achieve the nursing goals of patients with severe sepsis.
