Effect of cluster nursing on VAS score, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction in nursing of patients withhemorrhoid surgery
集束化护理在痔疮手术患者护理中对VAS评分、住院时间及护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 研究分析对痔疮手术患者的护理中实施集束化护理对VAS评分，住院时间和护理满意度的影响。方法 选择在我院接受痔疮手术治疗的180例患者展开分析，所选时间范围在2020年1月到2021年3月，将所有患者按照随机抽签法分为两组，实验组（n=90）和参照组（n=90），两组分别进行不同的护理干预。参照组仅实施常规护理，实验组在此基础上实施集束化护理。比较两组的VAS评分，住院时间和肛门排气时间以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，实验组和参照组的VAS评分比较存在明显差异，前者显著低于后者，差异较大（P＜0.05）；两组的住院时间和肛门排气时间对比，实验组短于参照组，差异较大（P＜0.05）；并且两组患者对护理服务质量的满意度存在显著差异，实验组的护理满意度为95.56%显著高于参照组的85.56%，差异较大（P＜0.05）。结论 在痔疮手术患者的护理中采取集束化护理取得了理想效果，患者的疼痛感减轻，同时能够减少住院时间，加快肛门排气，并且患者的护理满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective: To study and analyze the effect of cluster nursing on VAS score, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction in the nursing of patients with hemorrhoid surgery.
Methods: 180 patients who received hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital were selected for analysis. The selected time range was from January 2020 to March 2021. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (n=90 ) and the reference group (n=90), the two groups were given different nursing interventions. The control group only implemented routine nursing, and the experimental group implemented bundled nursing on this basis. The VAS score, hospital stay and anal exhaust time, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results: After nursing, there were significant differences in the VAS scores between the experimental group and the reference group, the former was significantly lower than the latter, and the difference was large (P<0.05). In the reference group, the difference was large (P<0.05); and there was a significant difference in the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with the quality of nursing services. The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group, which was 85.56% (P<0.05). <0.05).
Conclusion  : The cluster nursing in the nursing of patients with hemorrhoid surgery has achieved ideal results. The pain of the patients is reduced, the hospitalization time can be reduced, the anus exhaust can be accelerated, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients is higher.
