摘要

肿瘤是机体在各种致瘤因子作用下，局部组织细胞增生所引起的新生物。肿瘤对人体影响较大。化疗是肿瘤重要治疗方法，能够抑制肿瘤细胞增长。但是长时间化疗会引起较多不良反应。化疗会损伤机体正常细胞，尤其是增殖较旺盛的正常细胞，比如：消化道黏膜细胞等。口腔溃疡是肿瘤化疗常见不良反应。口腔溃疡会直接影响患者饮食，导致机体营养不良，对病情具有一定影响，会阻碍病情恢复。口腔溃疡还会影响患者心理状况，降低生活质量。对于肿瘤患者口腔溃疡需要引起重视，及时采取有效护理干预，做好口腔溃疡预防保护。

Abstract

Chemotherapy is an important treatment for tumor, and can inhibit tumor cell growth. But long hours of chemotherapy can cause more adverse reactions. Chemotherapy can damage the normal cells of the body, especially the proliferating ones, such as digestive tract mucosal cells. Oral ulcer is a common adverse reaction of tumor chemotherapy. Oral ulcer will directly affect the patient's diet, leading to body malnutrition, has a certain impact on the condition, will hinder the recovery of the condition. Oral ulcer can also affect the psychological condition of patients and reduce the quality of life. For cancer patients with oral ulcer need to pay attention to, timely take effective nursing intervention, do a good job in the prevention and protection of oral ulcer.
