医护一体化教学模式在肿瘤专科护理临床教学中的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 探究医护一体化教学模式在肿瘤专科护理临床教学中的应用价值。方法 把我院从2019年3月到2021年3月实习的120例肿瘤专科护理学生当作研究对象,利用电脑随机分组的形式分为实验组与对照组,每小组各有60例。对照组实习生选用传统的一对一教学,实验组选择医护一体化教学模式,对比两小组的带教效果。结果 实验组与对照组相比较,其理论成绩、操作成绩、综合成绩以及实习满意度等更显著,组间对比表明(P<0.05)。结论 在临床教学中应用医护一体化教学模式的效果明显优于传统的一对一带教模式,更能促进实习生综合能力的提升,因此该教学模式值得在临床教学中大力推行应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of integrated teaching mode of medical care in clinical nursing teaching of tumor specialty.
Methods: 120 cases of nursing students in oncology department who practiced in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were taken as research objects, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group by computer, with 60 cases in each group. The control group chose the traditional one-to-one teaching mode, and the experimental group chose the integrated teaching mode of medical care. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.
Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group's theoretical achievement, operational achievement, comprehensive achievement and internship satisfaction were more significant, the comparison between groups showed that (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of the integrated teaching mode of medical care in clinical teaching is obviously better than the traditional teaching mode of one-to-one teaching, and can promote the improvement of the comprehensive ability of interns. Therefore, the teaching mode is worth vigorously promoting the application in clinical teaching.
