Application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in arteriovenous fistula surgery in patients withend-stage renal disease and its impact on self-care ability and postoperative complications
多学科协作护理在终末期肾病患者动静脉内瘘术中的应用及对自护能力术后并发症的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析多学科协作护理在终末期肾病患者动静脉内瘘术中的应用及对自护能力、术后并发症的影响。方法 抽取2020年4月至2021年4月间在我院接受动静脉内瘘术的终末期肾病患者60例作为此次的观察对象，并对其实施多学科协助护理，分析护理效果。结果 从自护能力评分上看，护理后患者的自我护理技能评分、自我责任感评分、自我概念评分以及健康知识水平评分均高于护理前，对比差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后并发症发生率，60例患者中有2例患者出现血栓形成、有1例患者发生感染，无血肿、内瘘闭塞发生，并发症发生人数共计3人，并发症发生率为5.00%（3/60）；从护理满意度上看，60例患者中非常满意者38名、一般满意者20名，不满意者2名，满意人数共计58名，满意度为96.67%（58/60）。结论 对接受动静脉内瘘术的终末期肾病患者实施多学科协作护理的价值较高，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of multidisciplinary cooperative nursing in arteriovenous fistula in patients with end-stage renal disease and its influence on self-care ability and postoperative complications.
Methods: 60 patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent arteriovenous fistula in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the observation objects, and multidisciplinary assisted nursing was implemented to analyze the nursing effect.
Results: From the perspective of self-care ability score, the scores of self-care skills, self responsibility, self-concept and health knowledge level of patients after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications: among the 60 patients, 2 patients had thrombosis, 1 patient had infection, no hematoma and internal fistula occlusion. The total number of complications was 3, and the incidence of complications was 5.00%(3/60);In terms of nursing satisfaction, among the 60 patients, 38 were very satisfied, 20 were generally satisfied and 2 were dissatisfied. The total number of satisfied patients was 58, and the satisfaction was 96.67%(58/60).
Conclusion  : The value of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing for patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing arteriovenous fistula is high and worthy of popularization.
