Effect of health education on maternal and infant health care knowledge and nursing ability in puerperium
健康教育对产褥期母婴保健知识及护理能力的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究健康教育对产褥期母婴保健知识及护理能力的影响。方法 选择我院2020.12-2021.12期间在我院进行分娩产妇作为统计对象，在我院建立资料采纳统计中共计80名。建立回顾统计背景，于信封法下分出常规组、实验组每组40例。予以常规组产妇传统护理指导，予以实验组产妇母婴健康教育指导。结果 相较常规组，实验组产妇母婴知识掌握、自我护理能力评分更高，产褥期母婴并发症更低，P＜0.05。结论 产妇接受有效健康教育，可强化母婴保健知识掌握表现，提高自我生活护理能力，促进产妇康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of health education on maternal and infant health care knowledge and nursing ability in puerperium.
Methods 80 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the statistical object, and the data were established in our hospital. The retrospective statistical background was established. Under the envelope method, the patients were divided into routine group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. Traditional nursing guidance was given to pregnant women in the routine group and maternal and infant health education guidance was given to pregnant women in the experimental group. The scores of maternal and infant knowledge mastery。
Results: Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group's maternal and baby knowledge grasp, the self -care ability ratio is higher, and the complications of maternal and infant complications during puzzle periods are lower, P <0.05.
Conclusion  : Maternal acceptance of effective health education can strengthen the performance of maternal and child health knowledge, improve self -living nursing ability, and promote the recovery of mothers.
