Influence of early rehabilitation nursing on limb function of hemiplegic aphasia patients with cerebralinfarction
早期康复护理对脑梗塞偏瘫失语患者肢体功能的影响

摘要

目的 分析早期康复护理用于脑梗塞偏瘫失语的价值。方法 对2020年11月-2021年11月本科接诊脑梗塞偏瘫失语病人（n=90）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各45人，前者采取早期康复护理，后者行常规护理。对比FMA评分等指标。结果 从FMA评分上看，在干预结束之时：试验组（75.68±5.47）分，和对照组（57.93±6.52）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。NIHSS评分：在干预结束之时，试验组（9.35±2.68）分，和对照组（14.01±2.94）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组的数据是97.78%，和对照组的82.22%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论 脑梗塞偏瘫失语用早期康复护理，肢体功能改善更加明显，神经功能恢复更为迅速，满意度也更高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of early rehabilitation nursing for cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia.
Methods: From November 2020 to November 2021, patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and aphasia (n=90) were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 45 patients in each group, the former received early rehabilitation nursing, the latter received routine nursing. FMA score and other indicators were compared.
Results: At the end of intervention, FMA score of the experimental group (75.68±5.47) was higher than that of the control group (57.93±6.52) (P < 0.05). , the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). NIHSS score: at the end of intervention, NIHSS score of the experimental group (9.35±2.68) was lower than that of the control group (14.01±2.94) (P < 0.05). Satisfaction: the data of experimental group was 97.78%, which was higher than that of control group (82.22%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Early rehabilitation nursing for cerebral infarction hemiplegia and aphasia can improve limb function more obviously, recover nerve function more quickly, and have higher satisfaction.
