探讨PDCA循环健康教育对服用华法林钠患者的干预效果

摘要

目的 针对当前PDCA循环健康教育用于服用华法林钠患者的效果开展深入分析。方法 研究人员结合纳排标准，选择了我院2017年1月到2017年10月诊断并且治疗护理的服用华法林钠患者为研究对象，随机数字法将72例研究对象分两组。研究组（n=36例）给予PDCA循环健康教育；参照组（n=36例）给予常规护理。结果 参照组的不良反应、高于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的生活质量水平低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的疾病知识掌握程度量表分数低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的护理满意度低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组患者的依从度低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA循环健康教育在临床上可以为患者改善不良反应，提高患者治疗过程中的生活质量水平，提高患者对于疾病的掌握程度，其能够在护理后得到更高评价的疾病知识掌握程度量表分数，且患者对于治疗过程有着更高的护理满意度。PDCA循环健康教育护理在一定程度上可以实现患者病情的有效控制，改善患者依从度，实现更高程度的病情掌握度。

Abstract

Objective: To conduct an in-depth analysis on the effect of current PDCA cycle health education on patients taking warfarin sodium.
Methods Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the researchers selected patients who were diagnosed and treated with warfarin sodium in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 as the research subjects. The 72 subjects were divided into two groups by random number method. The research group (n=36 cases) was given PDCA circulation health education; the reference group (n=36 cases) was given routine care.
Results The adverse reactions in the reference group were higher than those in the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of disease knowledge mastery scale in the reference group was lower than that in the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the research group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The compliance of patients in the reference group was lower than that in the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   PDCA cycle health education can clinically improve adverse reactions, improve patients' quality of life during treatment, and improve patients' mastery of the disease, which can get a higher evaluation of disease knowledge mastery scale scores after nursing. , and patients have higher nursing satisfaction with the treatment process. PDCA cycle health education and nursing can achieve effective control of the patient's condition to a certain extent, improve patient compliance, and achieve a higher degree of disease mastery.
