Observing the value of high-quality nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with spinal tuberculosis
观察优质护理对脊柱结核患者康复的价值

摘要

目的 观察优质护理对脊柱结核患者康复的价值。方法 在2021年1月到2022年1月选择50例因脊柱结核疾病前来我院就诊的病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受常规值，并根据病人实际情况对其实施配合，按照护理配合举措进行分组，每组纳入25例病人。按照护理举措，将其命名为常规组、研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，研究组则采用优质护理，总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 护理后研究组疼痛评分改善，护理1个月后疼痛评分降低，护理3个月后疼痛评分降低，护理护理前相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）。虽然经过护理，2组病人疼痛评分改善，但常规组护理1个月后疼痛评分高于研究组，常规组护理3个月后疼痛评分高于研究组.相比有一定差异，（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在脊柱结核护理中的实施效果优异，此方案可拉近与彼此之间的距离，进而提高护理满意评分结果。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the value of high-quality nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with spinal tuberculosis.
Methods From January 2021 to January 2022, 50 patients who came to our hospital for treatment due to spinal tuberculosis were selected for investigation. All patients who participated in this investigation received routine values, and cooperated with them according to the actual situation of the patients. In accordance with the measures, 25 patients were included in each group. According to the nursing measures, they are named as routine group and research group. The nursing scheme adopted by the routine group was traditional routine nursing, while the research group adopted high-quality nursing, and the implementation effects of the two nursing schemes were summarized and explored.
Results the pain score of the research group improved after nursing, decreased after 1 month of nursing, decreased after 3 months of nursing, and there was a certain difference compared with before nursing (P < 0.05). Although the pain scores of the two groups were improved after nursing, the pain score of the routine group was higher than that of the research group after 1 month of nursing, and the pain score of the routine group was higher than that of the research group after 3 months of nursing. There was a certain difference (P<0.05)..
Conclusion   The implementation effect of high-quality nursing in spinal tuberculosis nursing is excellent. This scheme can shorten the distance with each other and improve the nursing satisfaction score.
