护理路径式带教在手术室护理教学中的应用价值

摘要

目的 分析护理路径式带教在手术室护理教学中的应用价值。方法 选择我院2020年12-2021年12期间于手术室护理学习护生为研究对象,共计60名,依照时间不同将护理教学阶段分成两部分,即为常规组、实验组。于2020年12月-2021年5月期间接受常规带教方式护生纳入常规组,于2021年62021年12期间接受护理路径式带教方式护生纳入实验组,每组30名。对比两组护生综合考核成绩、护生实习效果评价、护生对护理带教满意度。结果 相较常规组,实验组护生综合考核成绩更高、护生实习效果评价更优,P<0.05。相较常规组,实验组护生对护理带教满意度,P<0.05。结论 手术室护理教学中应用护理路径式带教方法有利于提升护生综合能力,保证手术室护理服务质量,建议普及。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the application value of nursing path teaching in nursing teaching in operating room.
Methods: a total of 60 nursing students who studied nursing in the operating room in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the time, the nursing teaching stage was divided into two parts: routine group and experimental group. From December 2020 to may 2021, nursing students who received routine teaching were included in the routine group, and from June 2021 to December 2021, nursing students who received nursing pathway teaching were included in the experimental group, with 30 students in each group. The two groups of nursing students comprehensive assessment results, nursing students practice effect evaluation, nursing students satisfaction with teaching.
Results: Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had higher comprehensive assessment scores and better practice effect evaluation, P < 0.05. Compared with the conventional group, nursing students in the experimental group were satisfied with nursing teaching, P < 0.05.
Conclusion  : the application of nursing path teaching method in nursing teaching in operating room is conducive to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and ensure the quality of nursing service in operating room. It is suggested to popularize it.
