探讨护理措施对老年人拔牙术后并发症的预防

摘要

目的 通过观察老年人拔牙术围手术期予以不同的护理措施，观察探讨不同护理方式对其并发症的产生及预防效果。方法 选取2021年1-6月口腔颌面外科门诊收治的满足进行拔牙术的老年患者100例作为研究对象，把100名研究对象随机分两组，其中为观察组（n=50）和对照组（n=50），分别给予两组不同的护理措施，观察组予以全面的舒适护理，对照组予以常规的护理，对比两组老年患者在拔牙术后发生并发症的概率。结果 观察组患者并发症的发生概率10%低于对照组30%（P<0.05）。结论 通过对行拔牙术后的老年患者进行全面的舒适护理，可减少拔牙术后并发症的发生率，舒适护理有助于提高老年患者的对护理的满意程度，促进患者康复。临床推广应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To observe the different nursing measures given to the elderly during the perioperative period of tooth extraction, and to explore the effects of different nursing methods on the occurrence and prevention of complications.
Methods 100 elderly patients who were satisfied with tooth extraction in the outpatient department of oral and maxillofacial surgery from January to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. 100 subjects were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (n = 50) and the control group (n = 50). Different nursing measures were given to the two groups respectively. The observation group was given comprehensive comfort nursing and the control group was given routine nursing, The probability of complications after tooth extraction was compared between the two groups.
Results the incidence of complications in the observation group was 10% lower than 30% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   comprehensive comfortable nursing for elderly patients after tooth extraction can reduce the incidence of complications after tooth extraction. Comfortable nursing can help to improve the satisfaction of elderly patients with nursing and promote the rehabilitation of patients. The clinical application value is high.
