Comfort nursing measures for elderly patients with chronic heart failure
老年慢性心衰患者的舒适护理措施

摘要

目的 探究舒适护理下老年慢性心衰患者护理有效性。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年11月在我院进行慢性心衰治疗的100名老年患者作为本次研究对象，将2020年1月至2020年4月的治疗患者作为参照组，予以一般护理治疗，另2020年8月至2020年11月的治疗患者作为研究组，予以舒适护理干预，对比两组患者的护理有效率、生活质量、并发症发生率及心理特征情况。结果 实验组患者通过舒适护理干预模式的护理有效率为98.00%，显著高于参照组患者通过常规护理干预后的护理有效率84.00%，实验组的并发症发生率为16.00%远低于参照组中患者并发症发生率56%。结论 舒适护理对老年慢性心衰患者治疗有极大的促进作用，不仅可以提高护理有效率、降低并发症发生率，并且对改善患者预后心理状态及生活质量也有积极影响，值得在临床中推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the nursing effectiveness of elderly chronic heart failure patients under comfort care.
Methods: select 100 elderly patients for chronic heart failure treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2020,2 as the study object, treat patients from January 2020 to April 2020 as a reference group, give general nursing treatment, and treat patients from August 2020 to November 2020 as a research group, give comfortable nursing intervention, compare the nursing efficiency, quality of life, complications and psychological characteristics of the two groups of patients.
Results: The nursing response rate of the patients in the experimental group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than 84.00% after the conventional nursing intervention. The complication rate of 16.00% was much lower than 56% for the patients in the reference group.
Conclusion  : Comfortable nursing has a great promotion effect on the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, which can not only improve the nursing efficiency, reduce the rate of complications, but also improve the prognosis and psychological status and quality of life of patients, which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
