腹腔镜下疝气修补术手术室护理配合方法研究

摘要

目的 腹腔镜下疝气修补术治疗是腹股沟疝临床主要治疗术式之一，即在经腹腔镜操作下还纳疝囊内容物，切开、结扎疝囊后，取补片缝合疝环，完成治疗，手术效果确切，具备临床安全性，故临床应用较为广泛，本文探究腹腔镜下疝气修补术手术室护理配合方法。方法 选取我院在2021年5月-2022年7月期间进行腹腔镜下疝气修补术治疗的7例男性腹股沟疝患者为研究对象，对比两组患者对手术室护理的满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果 常规组患者对手术室护理满意度仅为66.67%，研究组高达100%，而在并发症发生情况，研究组显著优于常规组，P＜0.05说明存在对比意义。结论 实施科学优质的手术室护理配合措施后明显提升了患者的护理满意度，降低了并发症的发生，但由于手术病例较少，缺乏更科学的研究数据，因此要在今后的手术病例中继续探寻更科学、更优质的手术室护理配合措施，保证患者治疗过程中的科学性和安全性。

Abstract

Objective: Laparoscopic hernia repair is one of the main clinical treatment methods for inguinal hernia, that is, the contents of the hernia sac are returned under laparoscopic operation, after incision and ligation of the hernia sac, the patch is taken and the hernia is sutured. This article explores the nursing coordination method in the operating room of laparoscopic hernia repair.
Methods: Seven male patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair in our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the two groups of patients were compared in terms of their satisfaction with operating room nursing and the occurrence of complications. Happening.
Results: The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the routine group was only 66.67%, while that in the research group was as high as 100%. In terms of complications, the research group was significantly better than the routine group, and P<0.05 indicated that there was a comparative significance.
Conclusion  : The implementation of scientific and high-quality operating room nursing cooperation measures has significantly improved the nursing satisfaction of patients and reduced the incidence of complications. However, due to the lack of more scientific research data due to the small number of surgical cases, it should be used in future surgical cases. Continue to explore more scientific and high-quality operating room nursing measures to ensure the scientificity and safety of the patient's treatment process.
