摘要

目的 探讨Teach-back模式在人工膝关节置换加速康复中的应用及效果分析,形成标准化健康宣教模式,促进患者加速康复。方法 选择我科2020 年 10 月至2021 年 5 月收治的 86 例接受人工膝关节置换术治疗的患者,采用随机方式分为对照组与观察组。观察组采用Teach-back模式,对照组采用常规模式,对比两组对健康宣教知识掌握情况。健康教育内容:(1)向患者介绍疾病及手术相关知识,加速康复不同阶段可能存在的问题、解决方法,心理疏导;(2)饮食管理 ,给予高蛋白、高维生素饮食,缩短术前术后禁食禁饮时间(3)多模式疼痛管理(4)积极功能锻炼(5)深静脉血栓的预防 。通过传递健康信息、复述信息、评价复述、再次提问4个步骤实施。结果 观察组健康教育知识掌握及功能锻炼正确率明显优于对照组;功能锻炼正确率和依从性提高;患者满意率明显优于对照组。结论 Teach-back模式在人工膝关节置换加速康复中的应用,效果显著,适宜积极、广泛推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application and effect of Teach-back model in accelerating rehabilitation of patients with artificial knee replacement, and to form a standardized health education model for accelerating rehabilitation of patients.
Methods: eighty-six patients who received total knee arthroplasty from October 2020 to May 2020 were randomly divided into control group and 2021 group. The observation group used Teach-back model, the control group used conventional model, compared with the two groups on health education knowledge. Contents of Health Education: (1) to introduce the related knowledge of disease and operation to patients, to speed up the problems that may exist in different stages of rehabilitation, to solve the problems, to dredge psychology; (2) Diet Management, to give high protein and High Vitamin Diet; Reduction of preoperative and postoperative fasting time (3) multimodal pain management (4) active functional exercise (5) prevention of thrombosis. Through the transmission of health information, retelling information, evaluation retelling, re-questioning the implementation of 4 steps. The results showed that the correct rate of health education and functional exercise in the Observation Group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the correct rate and compliance of functional exercise were improved, and the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.
Conclusion  : the application of Teach-back model in accelerating rehabilitation of total knee arthroplasty is effective, and it is suitable to be popularized.
