摘要
目的 探究分析多囊卵巢综合症患者的整体护理应用。方法 选取于2020年1月至2022年2月，我院收治的多囊卵巢综合症患者共120例，作为本次研究对象，按照电脑盲选的方式，将120例患者随机分为对照组以及观察组，对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用整体护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的护理满意度；焦虑、抑郁情况以及生活质量状况。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在护理满意度；焦虑、抑郁情况以及生活质量状方面，明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对多囊卵巢综合症患者采用整体护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的护理满意度以及生活质量，同时能够有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情况，在实际应用中具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective: To explore and analyze the application of holistic nursing in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: a total of 120 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the method of computer blind selection, 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode; The observation group used the holistic nursing model for intervention. The nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group was compared and analyzed; Anxiety, depression and quality of life. Results: after nursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with nursing; Anxiety, depression and quality of life were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion : the intervention of holistic nursing model in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, and can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients. It has excellent effect in practical application, and is worthy of promotion and application.
