Evaluation on the effectiveness of quality nursing intervention in preventing infection after oral tooth extraction
优质护理干预用于预防口腔拔牙术后感染的有效性评价

摘要

目的 本文主要探析针对口腔拔牙术后感染的预防进行优质护理的临床效果及意义。方法 挑选本年度于我院口腔科进行拔牙治疗的98例患者作为本院本次实验对象，并使用等量分配的方式将患者分为两组，即研究组（n=49）和参照组（n=49），并在患者进行拔牙手术后对两组患者进行不同的护理干预，参照组实行常规的护理方式，研究组则采取优质护理干预，后对比两组患者预防感染有效率、术后恢复情况、术后感染率、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者术后感染率为（5.5%）明显低于参照组（20%），预防感染有效率为（94.5%）高于参照组，并且研究组术后生活质量各项评分及护理满意度均高于参照组。结论 给予患者优质护理后，有效改善了患者术后常见的疼痛、出血等症状，减少了患者口腔感染的几率，同时提高了患者术后的生活质量，值得推荐。

Abstract

Conclusion  : after giving high-quality nursing care to patients, it can effectively improve the common postoperative pain, bleeding and other symptoms, reduce the probability of oral infection, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth recommending.
