The application effect of people-oriented concept in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management
以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理中应用效果

摘要

目的 探究妇产科以人为本理念下的护理管理应用效果。方法 回顾本院妇产科2021年1月到2022年1月之间收治患者100例展开研究，自然随机分组，50例归入对照组施行常规妇产科护理管理，余数50例归入观察组施行以人为本理念的妇产科护理管理，成立护理小组进行护理评价，对比护理文书、医嘱护理、护理安全、护理宣教的分值；由患者结合问卷评价护理满意度。结果 观察组护理文书、医嘱护理、护理安全、护理宣教小组评分偏高，观察组患者问卷满意度分数偏高，（P<0.05）。结论 妇产科患者皆为女性，相较于理性化的医嘱执行护理，更倾向于护理态度、护理服务以及情感支持，以人为本理念视患者为核心，护理更能带给患者安全感、舒适感，可促使患者依从护理管理，满意医护服务。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application effect of nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology under the people-oriented concept.
Methods: Retrospective study was carried out on 100 patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022. The study was randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group for routine obstetrics and gynecology nursing management, and the remaining 50 cases in the observation group for people-oriented obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. A nursing group was established for nursing evaluation. Compare the score of nursing documents, medical advice nursing, nursing safety, nursing education; Nursing satisfaction was evaluated by patients combined with questionnaire.
Results: The score of nursing document, doctor's order nursing, nursing safety and nursing education group in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group, and the score of questionnaire satisfaction was higher than that in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : All patients in obstetrics and gynecology are female, and they are more inclined to nursing attitude, nursing service and emotional support compared with rational doctor's order execution nursing. Taking patients as the core with people-oriented concept, nursing can bring more sense of security and comfort to patients, and can promote patients to comply with nursing management and satisfy with medical services.
