Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on complication rate in hemocyte monopheresis assisted treatment of leukemia
综合性护理干预在血细胞单采术辅助治疗白血病中对并发症发生率的影响

摘要

目的 分析探讨综合性护理干预在血细胞单采术辅助治疗白血病中对并发症发生率的影响效果。方法 选取我院2021年接收行血细胞单采术辅助治疗白血病患者36例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理干预，观察组患者采用综合性护理干预，将两组患者实施单采术后的护理满意度以及患者并发症发生情况进行比较。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，术后发生感染、血肿、瘀斑、低钙血症等并发症几率低于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合性护理干预在血细胞单采术辅助治疗白血病中应用效果明显，能有效提高满意度，避免术后并发症发生，对患者病情治疗具有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze and explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of complications in the treatment of leukemia by hemocyte monotherapy. Line selection
Methods: our hospital in 2021 to receive blood solid art auxiliary treatment for 36 patients with leukemia as observation object, the random divided into observation group and control group, the control group were treated by routine nursing intervention, the observation group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention, the two groups of patients to implement solid complications in patients with postoperative nursing satisfaction and comparison.
Results: The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications such as infection, hematoma, ecchymosis and hypocalcemia was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Comprehensive nursing intervention has obvious effect on the application of hemocyte monotherapy in the treatment of leukemia, which can effectively improve the satisfaction, avoid postoperative complications and play a positive role in the treatment of patients.
