Value of evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis patients complicated with hypotension
循证护理在血液透析患者并发低血压中的价值

摘要

目的 讨论研究在血液透析患者并发低血压中开展循证护理工作的价值作用。方法 将2021年6月到2022年6月期间院内的68例血液透析患者并发低血压患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（利用常规模式开展护理工作）、观察组（利用循证护理模式开展护理工作），对比两组患者平均脉动压与低血压发生情况，对比两组患者心理状态评分，对比两组患者对护理工作满意情况。结果 观察组整体平均脉动压与低血压发生情况、心理状态评分、对护理工作满意情况等各项数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在血液透析患者并发低血压中开展循证护理工作，可帮助患者将动脉压控制在合理范围，减少低血压发生风险，同时还能对患者心理状态产生积极影响，为患者提供更为满意的护理方案。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the value of evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis patients with hypotension.
Methods: 68 hemodialysis patients with hypotension in the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (using conventional mode to carry out nursing work) and the observation group (using evidence-based nursing mode to carry out nursing work). The average pulse pressure and hypotension of the two groups were compared, and the psychological state scores of the two groups were compared, The patients' satisfaction with nursing work was compared between the two groups.
Results: the overall average pulse pressure and hypotension, psychological state score, satisfaction with nursing work and other data in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, p<0.05, with statistical differences.
Conclusion  : carrying out evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis patients with hypotension can help patients control arterial pressure within a reasonable range, reduce the risk of hypotension, and have a positive impact on the psychological state of patients, so as to provide more satisfactory nursing programs for patients.
