Analysis of potential problems in first aid skills of psychiatric nurses and coping strategies
精神科护士急救技能潜在的问题分析及应对策略

摘要

精神科收治的患者具有特殊性，容易对自身及医护人员带来伤害和威胁。护理人员在护理过程中，应当具有较强的急救技能，以便及时有效地控制护理风险事件和严重后果发生，为患者创建一个安全的治疗与护理环境。但从实际来看，精神科护士急救技能方面，还存在一些问题，需要对此加以研究解决。本文拟针对此问题进行探讨，总结应对策略，希冀能为进一步优化提升精神科护士急救技能水平提供参考。

Abstract

Patients in psychiatric department have particularity, which is easy to bring harm and threat to themselves and medical staff. Nurses should have strong first-aid skills in the process of nursing, so as to timely and effectively control nursing risk events and serious consequences, and create a safe treatment and nursing environment for patients.However, from a practical point of view, there are still some problems in the first aid skills of psychiatric nurses, which need to be studied and solved. This paper intends to discuss this problem and summarize the coping strategies, hoping to provide reference for further optimizing and improving the first-aid skills of psychiatric nurses.
