Observation on the intervention effect of tracking nursing in postoperative nursing of patients withvestibular gland cyst
前庭大腺囊肿术后护理中追踪护理的干预效果观察

摘要

目的 观察前庭大腺囊肿术后护理中追踪护理的干预效果。方法 以我院2019.1~2020.2内收治的60例前庭大腺囊肿手术治疗患者为本次研究对象，所选患者以术后护理差异分为常规组（30例，常规护理）和追踪组（30例，追踪护理），对比分析两组患者的术后恢复有效率、复发率及患者满意率、生活质量状态评分。结果 追踪组患者的复发率为3.33%（1/30），显著低于常规组23.33%（7/30），且追踪组患者对护理服务的满意度显著高于常规组，追踪组患者生活质量状态评分显著高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在前庭大腺囊肿术患者的术后护理中采取追踪护理，可有效提高患者的治疗有效率、术后恢复有效率及患者满意率，并有效有效降低患者的复发率。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of follow-up nursing intervention in postoperative nursing of vestibular gland cyst.
Methods 60 patients with large vestibular gland cyst treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research object. The selected patients were divided into routine group (30 cases, routine nursing) and follow-up group (30 cases, follow-up nursing) based on the difference of postoperative nursing. The postoperative recovery efficiency, recurrence rate, patient satisfaction rate and quality of life status score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results the recurrence rate of patients in the follow-up group was 3.33% (1 / 30), which was significantly lower than 23.33% (7 / 30) in the routine group, and the satisfaction of patients in the follow-up group with nursing service was significantly higher than that in the routine group. The score of quality of life in the follow-up group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P < 0.05).
Conclusion   tracking nursing can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, postoperative recovery efficiency and satisfaction rate of patients, and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
