辩证饮食护理对慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者生活质量的作用研究

摘要

目的 为更好改善慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者的生活质量，以及提高患者依从性，针对辩证饮食护理对其的影响做进一步研究，为临床提供有效参考依据。方法 回顾性分析2021年4月-2022年4月期间在本院接受治疗的慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者，共计80例，按接收治疗顺序平均分为对照组和观察组（每组各40例）进一步分析实施不同护理的差异性。结果 通过辨证饮食护理干预措施的观察组患者生活质量、依从性以及患者满意度方面明显优于对照组，组间数据差异明显，P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 分析表明，辨证饮食护理干预对慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者的生活质量起到明显提升效果，提高患者依从性，有效促进患者恢复，对此护理方案建议大力推广应用。

Abstract

Objective In order to better improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, and improve the compliance of patients, further research on the influence of dialectical diet nursing on it was conducted to provide an effective reference for clinical practice.
Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis who were treated in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Example) to further analyze the differences in the implementation of different nursing care.
Results The quality of life, compliance and patient satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the data between the groups were significantly different, P<0.05, indicating that there was a comparative significance.
Conclusion   The analysis shows that the dietary nursing intervention based on syndrome differentiation can significantly improve the quality of life of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis, improve patient compliance, and effectively promote patient recovery. This nursing program is recommended to be vigorously promoted and applied.
